Practice makes Perfect

We’ve been in school for 4 weeks now and all the children and staff have been improving their skills. I’ve looked in the children’s books, along with the Leadership Team, and we’ve seen lots of evidence of children trying their best and improving their skills.
On Tuesday, we hosted a super training course for 38 Teachers from across Cheshire West and Chester, on ‘Talk for Writing’ – watch out for your children practising their story telling skills! A huge thank you to Mrs Tolley and her team for organizing such a successful event – we were very proud of our school.
We ended the week on a high as our football and netball teams achieved well in the local cluster tournament. The children have been attending netball and football clubs for over a year now and with talented coaching by staff they have really improved their skills.
