A Warm Welcome Back!

Welcome back everyone!
It has been amazing to welcome everyone back to our new school year. A warm welcome to all our returning children and their families and a special welcome to any new pupils and families joining us.
Our school goes from strength to strength with 19 pupils joining nursery this term. Our children in reception made a fantastic start and were playing happily when I joined them in their lovely new Early Years classroom. It is good to see that the grass has grown, despite the hot weather, and we are planning to develop the outside learning environment this year.
All the children looked fabulous in assembly - thank you to our parents and carers for preparing them for school, in their lovely bright red school uniforms and black school shoes which always look so cheerful.
A special mention for our Y6 pupils as they begin the final year of their learning journey at Willow Wood; we know they will work hard and do their best.
