Reaseheath College
Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom
Last week Year One were lucky enough to go to Reaseheath College for some outdoor exploration. We worked with Sam and Kathryn from the college who took us on a tour of their woodland area. We picked some apples and took them back to the indoor classroom where they had an apple press. We were able to make our very own apple juice! We got to sample lots of different types of apples too. We even got to milk the pretend cow that the college use to train their farmers. They told us we were the most well behaved school they had ever had and were so impressed with us!
Thank you Reaseheath College for a lovely morning.
