Willow Wood has a talented and hard working staff team who are dedicated to providing children with the highest quality education, encouraging them to develop, thrive and grow and so reach their potential.

Staff have a wealth of experience and a passion for supporting all children to achieve their potential. The teachers work closely when planning work to ensure fun, creative activities which engage and challenge pupils, promote learning and ensure continuity and progression.

At present we operate thirteen classes, including our nursery class, plus our Lilac and Fir Cones class which caters for pupils with learning difficulties. The number in classes vary from year to year depending on the number in each age group.

Willow Wood is fortunate to be served by an excellent team of teachers and teaching assistants. We also have a super support team which includes, admin and site staff and mid day assistants who play a vital role in supporting the development of our children and providing a great learning environment for all.
